At present, we offer two item types based on availability: 1.) Stock items are dispatched within 3 business days; 2.) Pre-Orders require up to 21 business days for production.

Please be aware that taxes and duties cannot be refunded, even if you refuse the shipment after it has been dispatched.

Delivery Details:
All orders are shipped from Ukraine using DHL Express, Meest Express Global, or Nova Poshta Global. Shipping costs vary by country and service, while delivery times depend on the destination. Upon shipment, an email containing a waybill number will be sent to track your order. When placing an order, ensure your shipping details—name, address, phone number, and email—are accurate. Incorrect details might hinder delivery and prevent refund processing. Please note that we do not ship to the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Russia, or Belarus.

Returns and Exchanges:
For returns and exchanges, we accept unused goods within 14 days from the order receipt date, provided they maintain their original condition and packaging. Items must be returned in a hard packing paper shipping box.

Please note: All delivery costs are incurred by the customer. If the dress doesn't meet quality standards, it will be returned to the customer at their expense. Damages during delivery negate the possibility of exchange/return and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
